Some basic points to consider as you begin this process are: Time, Commitment, Goal and Move into Action.
You will receive encouragement and guidance to a healthier standard of living.
As we continue to move forward, we will begin with a beginner work-out and progressively increase our time and the complexity of your exercises. This will build your strength and endurance. You then continue until you reach your desired goal. It is very important that you consult your physician before beginning any work-out routine. Always have water and a towel with you during your work-out. Be smart by taking inventory on your physical condition. Don't quit, modify and complete your work-out. Breathing is the most important component in your work-out. NEVER hold your breath - KEEP breathing at all times. Breathing and keeping the breath pace is a modification. (i.e.. if you can not physically do the exercise, keep the pace of the breathing and pick up where you can. This may be your starting point, breathing and then increase adding one exercise at a time. Be positive and be encouraged. You CAN do it!!!
