As a certified Pilates Instructor, I think my opinion is bias. I use pilates as part of my everyday life. Having a lower back injury from years ago, Pilates exercises not only rehabbed my injury, it is my daily maintenance to keep me from pain and possibly re-injury. It is my "LifeStyle". As trends come and go, I just wondered how Pilates is fairing these days because many don't realize its been around a long long time - coming into its mainstream popularity in the late 90's/millennium turn.
